I changed the cpu from 3950x to 5950x to reduce the encoding time.

When encoding 4k media (2 channels), the original encoding time was about an hour.It increased to about four hours. Why is that? What's the solution?
I want to know what you think.

The specifications are,
CPU amd rizen 9 5950X
Motherboard Gigabyte X570 aorus master
RAM G.SKILL DDR4 32G PC4-25600 CL16 TRIDENT Z ROYAL (16Gx2)
GPU nvidia geForce rtx 2070 super fe
SSD samsung 970 evo plus 1t

Version 14.6.
The cpu, gpu load rate stays around 20%.

Here's what I think:

1. Premier Pro and AME are not amd 5000 Series compatible.
2. Premier Pro and AME are unstable version 14.6.
