can anybody help me to solve this problem with Media Encoder?
It has the latest updates by Adobe. But it still does not work. Everytime when trying to open the programm, at the point it says "Load ExporterAVI.prm" it stops opening and won´t go on.
We already tried to delete this ExporterAVI.prm but it only worked for 3 days.
I am very happy to hear if someone knows this problem.
