Adobe media encoder fails rendering all the time

my Adobe Media Encoder 2021 keeps failing rendering. I've tried restarting my computer, using software only for rendering my Adobe After Effects file, using different versions, remaking my keyframes and transitions, choosing different comps and deleting effects but no success.

i tried rendering different projects with different transitions but it still fails rendering (error code -1609629695) 

i just don't know what to do anymore to make it work please help 😞
