Hi,

I really hope that someone can help me find the answer to this as it is driving me crazy now! So after creating videos in After Effects, I would usually add to the Adobe Media Encoder Queue.. for some reason when I do this to composition doesn't appear in the ME queue. I have tried to add it manually but get an error that ME cannot connect to the dynamic link server. So I am having to render my videos in After Effects and then convert to mp4s which makes it a really long process.

I have googled it many times to try and find an answer and I have already tried the following:

- try installing a previous version of ME

- check for firewalls

- Check startup settings

If anybody has any other suggestions and can help me solve this I will be eternally grateful to you!

Thanks.

Hi stephs,

We're sorry for your issue. Which version of After Effects and Media Encoder are installed on your computer? Have you tried reinstalling both the applications?

Thanks,

Shivangi
