Adobe Media Encoder -- trouble with 2021 Updates

Any one esle having this issue? I updated with 2021 updates and things are worse. I'm using media encoder and it failed once. A video that normally takes 30mins to render is freaking out. It says an hour and 30. Then speeds up and slows down. Who know's how long it's going to take and now I have to sit here and baby sit it. My computer was built for editing, yet I'm in a constant battle with Adobe to get through a project.

So, I am searching for support because my Media Encoder is working on a large file and has a small file in the queue. It was all started 10 hours ago. I come back home and find that it has stopped encoding the large file. It shows that it has worked for 4 plus hours, so it stopped 6 hours ago.

It's the weekend so I'm trying to figure out how to get support.
