Adobe Media Encoder (v14.3) won't even run

As stated, I can't even get the program to open.

I've tried numerous times including restarting my machine. Nothing.

Having to use an old version (13.1.5) to do my work

When I try to run the new 'Me' the icon bounces, then eventually stops. Right-clicking the icon in the dock shows 'Application not responding' and I have to force quit.

Running Catalina, 10.15.5

Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014)

4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
