It has been 3 days and I still got no answer so I figure I'd make another post.

(Is there a phone costumer services?)

I try to export my video in adobe premiere pro, 1280X720. In PNG, quick time, or H.264 but they all act the same:

When I click ''add to queue'' adobe media encorder start (Everything is supposed to be fine) but when I start the queue nothing happen. Is like the program crash each time. been restarting computer, saving in other folder. Nothing work.

I just updated to MaxOs Sierra. It worked before.

I have AME CS5.5

Please Help.

Please.
