Adobe Media Encoder won't let me import any file

Hi everyone,

Media Encoder 14.5 just won't let me import any file at all. When I drag and drop a file it won't appear in the queue, the cursor is a hand with the "no" sign...

I'm working on an 2019 iMac with macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Does anyone else have this problem?

Thank you!

Solved, just instal an older version of encoder.

I'm now working on 13.1.5 which is ridiculous but works.

I had the same problem again since the first post and even the older versions would not let me inport. I tried importing using the command+I shortcus (or through the File menu) and it works.
