after downloading and paying the apps did not work

hello i hope you help me with this problem i have downloaded the adobe photoshop and adobe primeir and while downloading i changed the internet connection by mistake which made the installations stop and gave me error so i prissed on retry bottom it downloaded them but  the laptop after that crashed for unkown reason and when i open any of the applications it keeps poping up a page this page keeps pops up and fade again and again and i cant use the app what should i  do btw my laptop is new and good not an old one or broke one

Hi, Can you Uninstall all the apps.

Then you have to reinstall them to your laptop. Try it and see.
