Hey, I am working on an iMac with OS X 10.11.6

Since the last update of AE and Mediaencoder , media encoder does not start any more.

Any thoughts on this?

Kind regards

Peter

Hi pavl2010,

Sorry for the issue. Is there any message or error that you get when AME fails to launch?

The specifications that you have mentioned about your computer are good enough to run the application smoothly, however, I'd like to know if there is any particular reason you have not updated your OS.

Also, have a look: Premiere pro or Adobe Media Encoder crashes during launch on mac OS

Please try the steps mentioned in this article.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Shivangi
