An error eccurred while using After Effect (Not connected to AME),
so I uninstall AME with Creative Cloud.
I tried to re-install, but installation does not proceed after 3%..
I rebooted the computer and creative cloud app, and installed it again after canceling,
But it doesn't proceed after 3%...
Is there anyone who has had a similar problem wit me,
or who knows how to solve it?
I've searched and tried things, but I couldn't figure it out myself.
Plz help me...

I had a similar issue.
Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.
The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
