AME not exporting Premiere Pro project

I just noticed it today that when I was exporting a clip from premire pro to media encoder when using an esstenial graphic preset it gives me this static bar. But when I had exported it in Premire Pro it renders out perfectly fine. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue as me?

We appreciate you writing in. I understand that you are unable to export the Premiere Pro project from Adobe Media Encoder.

My current version is version 14.3.0 (bulid 38)

and media encoder is version 14.3 (build 38)

OS is Windows 10 pro 

Ram 64 gb

GPU Nvida GeForce GTX 1080
