A number of people have been experiencing this problem of AME not publishing after a render even if logged in (thru AME and through an opened browser.)

This is the error message. Please help.

Are you logged into Creative Cloud app as well?

Are you on a personal or corporate computer that was setup by IT?

Yes, triple checked i was logged into CC app on my desktop.

This error pops up weather I am using this AME feature at my work computer or on my personal one at home. I've used this publish feature before and it's worked flawlessly. This is a great feature. But recently, it's not working anymore.

Doing constant tests, but nothing working. There are other threads I came across of people facing the same thing.

For the error message, What does the "unauthorized" mean?

Error Code 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

I log out and log back in when I check "on" for youtube publishing.  My credentials are correct.

Checking back in.

For the error message, What does the "unauthorized" mean?

Does this mean incorrect credentials? If so, is it concerning youtube or adobe login?

I've seen it happen when I created the preset on one computer, but used it on another. If that's the case, sign out of youtube in export settings after applying the preset and then sign back in. See if that fixes it.

If not, delete everything in the following folder: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache\

then sign back into youtube in export settings and see if that fixes it.

Also, do you have Two factor authentication enabled? Firewall?

Hello Dima,

After a clean install of Premiere, I tried exporting and it failed. I followed your suggestions of signing out of YouTube (via Premiere Export) and signing back in. I exported without using a preset; I simply selected my settings (H264) and it failed again.

After this, I followed your next suggestion of deleting everything in "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache\" (while Premiere was closed). I opened Premiere, signed out of YouTube, closed Premiere, deleted the temp files, opened Premiere, signed back in to YouTube and exported my media. It still failed.

I do not have two factor authentication enabled on my Google/YouTube account. As for a Firewall, I have only basic rules set in my router to drop invalid traffic and drop outside snmp requests.

I had this same problem on my home computer, but after several clean installs of Premiere, it seemingly and spontaneously resolved itself. I have been unable to replicate this resolution on my work machine. This bug is causing quite a large kink in our workflow as we must babysit the encoding in order to catch when it's finished processing so that we can upload the media to YouTube in a timely manner.

This seems to be an issue with Adobe's implementation of YouTube's API:

YouTube Data API v3 video upload 403 forbidden: YouTubeSignUpRequired - Stack Overflow
