Cannot Find HEVC(H.265) Export Option

When I use Premiere, there is an option to export to HEVC, and at the first time it showed a popup asking install the codec and I clicked yes.

But now I can only find HEVC option in Premiere export menu but cannot find any in Media Encoder.

How to fix this? Thanks.

What is the exact version of Adobe Media Encoder?

PP 12.0.1 build 69, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled from CC

Windows 10 build 16299.248

Footage 5760x2880 120Mpbs h.265 (I think no matter what footage)

No error messages, just export, select "HEVC", using match source parameters, never worked before - I didn't try

Other software is not used, just anti-virus (turned it off), no any codec-packs or other bullshit

System is Ryzen 1700/32GB RAM/1060 6Gb video card, GPU acceleration turned on

So I'm not sure all these questions are correct, there is no HEVC in my AME and that's it

when I export and press queue opens AME and it has only aac audio, video is blank and no hevc/265 in the list just 264

May be it thinks it is trial, but I'm using CC, signed out and in, run AME from CC app and so on, reinstalled it but still no HEVC and I'm upset

im running on mac m1 2020. befor this problem i do this. i exported my project on h265 hevc on my mac . but i think deleted some files
