Character Animator and Media Encoder Fails to Export (Could not read from the source, please check..

So frustrating! I am up to date with both character animator and media encoder. I spent all this time creating a scene and now it won't export! What is the issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there,

We're sorry for the trouble. Could you test the issue after disabling the hardware encoding under Preferences > Media?
