en la version 2018 con que programa puedo quemar directo al disco dvd o blu ray

en la version cs6 se quemaba directo al disco en adobe media encore pero en el media encore version 2018 no se como quemarlo

You export from PR and import to EN. Note that there is a bug in PR 2018.1.2 and 2019 that makes H.264 Blu-ray exports from PR fail during build in EN. See this thread for workarounds:

The screenshot of the cloud desktop is a bit misleading. Just click the arrow by Premiere Pro (not "install"), click manage, and then pick previous versions.
