Encoder cc2019 not reading any source from After Effects

hi,

My problem same as the title, Encoder started not reading any source from my after effects file.
I have been re-install few times, and also tried install the previous version also not helping.

I am suffering from rendering a video.

Sorry for the issue. Which version of After Effects is installed on your computer? Do you have Premiere Pro installed to check the functionality with AME?

Hi Shivangi,

I am have the latest version for both After Effects CC v16.0.1 and Media Encoder CC v13.0.2 .


I have check the Premiere Pro with Media Encoder.

It functioning well, Encoder can read the source from Premiere Pro.

Hope my info can help you find the bug.


P/S: I am using MACbook Pro.

Based on the information you shared, I think is still not helpful to me.

And here is my AE Preferences screenshots,

Mine "At startup, show home" is originally Enable.

(p/s: I can't find "show start Screen at Startup" so I assumed "At startup, show home" is the new name for the new version of AE.)

Mine "New Project loads template" is originally Disable.

Honestly, I am a bit frustrated.

I am been using for last 2 years and I never met this kind of issue before.

And I just upgraded to macbook pro with higher spec last few months.

It always been normal all the time until now.

I am having the same problem. Windows 10, freshly installed AE and AME (as of today - 16/02/2019). I tried deleting my app preferences for both and restarting, still no avail.
