Encoder failing to output h264

Hello I 've read all the threads and have not found a solution. I have applied all the suggested solutions, restart, using other codecs etc..
I am trying to create an h264 movie from a png sequence. The sequence is fine. It runs perfectly in AE. No corrupt files. I am running windows 10, dual 1080 gtx cards and intel proc

Here is the error message:

I changed the sequence to dpx and that did it.
