Encoder wont stop importing footage and stops while importing at 78% to import

Hello, my recent problem is that the encoder wont stop importing so every time i open the encoder he is full of footage i delet it and i can see that he starts importing more.

2. Problem is that he stops importing at some percentage like 78 or 60 i dont know why there is enough storage.

Sorry for the issue. Do you have any watch folders set in Media Encoder? If yes, then it is normal behavior.
