error al abrir Adobe Media Encoder

el programam media Encoder no esta funcionando en mi equipo, ya lo desintale y lo volvi a intalar y no corre, lo instale en una imac Retina 5k de fianles de 2015 con 32 gb de memoria.  me pone el siguente anucnio al cargar la aplicacion:  Adobe Media Encoder has an unexpected error and cannot continue.

Which version of Adobe ME are you using? Has it ever worked fine?
