Export problems: audio only

When exporting the animation,it was exorted in .mp4 format but when opened the exported file it was just a sound file,no animation,only sound,but when trying it again the new exported file didnt appeared and the old remained,they appeared in media encorder cc but when exporting them somewhere they didnt appeared,please help me faster PLEAAAASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Alex,

Here the issue lies with Media Encoder, as your animation shows fine before exporting, but its lost after exporting.

Therefore I am moving this thread to Adobe Media Encoder (AME)​ forum, so that the experts out there can look up into the issue.
