export video option greyed out when transcoding to both DNxHR or Apple ProRes

I'm trying to transcode some footage into either DNxHR HQ UHD 25 or Apple ProRes 422 however when I do, the option to export video is greyed out and the finished product comes out as a large file with only audio.

We shot in S-Log 2, UHD, 25fps, on a Sony FS7.

I've attempted to transcode the footage on both a Mac and PC but I can't do either DNxHR or ProRes on either. I am on a student Adobe account. Thanks for your time.

Hi there,

This does not look ideal.

  • Which version of AME are you using?
  • Could you test the option with some different export settings?

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Shivangi
