Exporting audio with a still image as an mp4

Hi all. I have an edited audio file,  to be exported as an mp4 with an unchanging still image, for the full 30 minute duration.

If the image never changes, is there a special way to encode this to keep the file size down? Needs to be an mp4 because it'll be loaded in an mp4 player.

Not really. I'd just use one of the presets.
