Exports fine in Premiere Pro but not in Media Encoder

I keep getting this export error message when I export on Media Encoder but when I export directly from Premiere Pro everything exports fine
"Accelerated Renderer Error

Unable to produce frame.

...
Around timecode: 00:20:46:14 - 00:20:46:23
Error code: -1609629690"

Why does it work on Premiere Pro and not Media Encoder? My drivers are updated and I mean if it works on Premiere Pro why wouldn't it work on Media Encoder?

What is on the timeline Around timecode: 00:20:46:14 - 00:20:46:23?

There are a few but I suspect it's the denoiser II applied directly on the clip. My question is why this only affects exports through media encoder and not exports through premiere pro? When I zone in on that time code and export just that time area through media encoder it works fine.
