Adobe can start Media Encoder for IOS and Android devices. It will be a instant popular in the mobile platform. Almost any of the H264 settings will work on just about every iPhone.

Apple is also an early adopter of HEVC (H265).  Anyting iOS 11 and up supports that.  So, almost any of the HEVC settings will work as well.
