I've spent hours trying to figure the problem

Im converting the mp4 video (linked down) to a gif, but the gif shows glitches in some places.

the glitch I was mentioning is the repeated frames that happen at the beginning of the gif and the end

slash _1_1_1.gif

red arrows pointing the glitches

222.png

here is how the gif is supposed to look like (link)

slash _1.mp4 - Google Drive

the gif dimensions are 1400 width 1746 height pixel

i noticed that this problem doesnt happen when i make the height 1400 (same as the width)
but it generates black borders on the sides, so this is not a solution for me.

please help me, I have wasted a lot of time trying to fix this.

Hello nour el dina48675551,

I've tested your file and have similar issues/glitches. I think it is a limitation of the current Animated GIF exporter. Please file a bug report via adobe.com/go/wish so the engineers can track this problem.

For now I suggest to use Photoshop. See here: Create animated GIFs |
