Hi,

I'm confused, and I have not seen anyone posting about this.

I am trying to author a Blu Ray for my new movie. I've tried rendering H.264 blu ray and MPEG2 and both times it creates 4 files. Why 4? I just need audio and video, what are these 4 files? I can see that one is MP4 and one is .wav, so should I just ignore the other 2?

Thanks,

You just need the .mp4 video and .wav audio files, the others are "sidecar" files which may contain for instance chapter mark information that Adobe Encore could use. Disregard the extra files if you don't need them

Thanks

Media Encoder to render the movie, Blu Disc Studio to author the blu ray.
