Who can know that without seing your PPro project? If you are saying that it stoppes there and don't render for long time - tell us how long time do you mean. Sometimes renderer have to count some complicated stuff so it stoppes for some time to do that ... and after starts again. Or it stop and even if you wait 30 min. never starts again? Or it crashes render?
If it crashes or just freezes for unlimited time that can be because:
a) corrupted source file
b) some plugin/effect that is in your composition in that place
c) transition
To diagnose that go to PPro and analyse your timeline. Try to turn of all transitions and effects and try to render that part of your video. If it will render - that mean that is effects/transitions fault. If render fails - that mean corrupted file.
If it is because of effect - try to figure out whay it happens or use some similar but different effect
If it is because corrupted source file - rerender (convert) that source file in some - for best results - loosles/intermediate format/codec. And if render goes ok - replace clip that causing your issues with that newly rerendered clip.
