ME keeps crashing on start

Hi all, this is my first post.
So, Adobe Media encoder keeps crashing on startup, I've already deletated/change names the config files on documents and nothing.
The version is 14.8
It was working before, I changed the system language and I couldnt open it again. I uninstalled and reinstalled ME aswell as Pr and AE, no thte main CC app tho.

I want to use it on another computer as a "render server", I access it trhough Chrome remote desktop

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
