Media Encoder 13 not seen by Premiere Pro CC 12.1.1

Hi there,

Having problems when trying to create Proxy files because Premiere Pro doesn't find Media Encoder 13 and as a Member of Creative I can't download Premiere Pro 13, only allows me to get 12.1.1

Anyone with the answer?

System is:

What is the version of your OS?
Premiere Pro 12 cannot communicate with Media Encoder 13.  You need to have matching version, i.e. Media Encoder 12.  You can install it via Creative Cloud app.
