Media encoder no longer works in 2018

I have a video I created in AE CC 2017.  Never had a problem exporting it to media encoder and rendering H.264 with the Vimeo 1080p preset.  I upgraded to 2018 the other day and today had to make an edit to that video.  I sent it to media encoder and no matter what format I try it continues to fail.  Can anyone suggest a reason why or advise what else I can try?  Here's the log file.  Thanks.

I can see how it might seem like uninstalling QuickTime is what I'm suggesting, but it's not. 

Perhaps this is a better way to say it: For those of us that have QuickTime based workflows, we need to take a very close look at how that can be maintained going forward without QuickTime drivers from Apple.  There's a very short list of QuickTime CODECs supported directly in the Adobe video applications as of the most recent CC2018 updates.

Of course, one can keep a current system up and running "as is" for a very long time.  An example of an "as is" machine would be a Windows 7 Pro machine running Premiere Pro CC2017 with the most recent version of the QuickTime 7 components installed.  (Avoid QuickTime Player which talks to the web as Apple no longer publishes security updates for it.)

It's probably worth mentioning that Apple did not discontinue the QuickTime movie file format (the ".mov" file format still exists).  Apple only discontinued QuickTime as a system driver for time based media, replacing it with AV Foundation Frameworks.  This change affects both macOS and Windows users.  Currently, there is no Windows implementation of AV Foundation Frameworks.

If using the April 2018 releases of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder and Audition, you can use the following QuickTime CODECs for import without QuickTime being installed:

• Animation (without delta frames)
• Apple ProRes
• AVCI
• Avid DNxHD/DNxHR
• DV
• GoPro CineForm
• JPEG
• H.264
• HDV
• HEVC
• IMX
• MPEG-2
• PNG
• XDCAM
• Uncompressed

If using the April 2018 releases of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder and Audition, you can use the following QuickTime CODECs for export without QuickTime being installed:

• Animation
• Apple ProRes (macOS only)
• Avid DNxHD/DNxHR
• DV
• GoPro CineForm
• Uncompressed

If your workflow requires importing or exporting a QuickTime CODEC not listed, you'll need to maintain a workstation with versions of your OS, Adobe applications and QuickTime that do.  An example would be Windows 7 Pro with PR, AE, ME, and AU cc2017 and QuickTime 7.

There are some 3rd party options for exporting to Apple ProRes on Windows, but nothing from Adobe directly.

Those running macOS with a workflow built around Apple ProRes and/or H264 will probably not notice much of a difference.

It may also be worth mentioning that Photoshop and Animate (Flash) still require QuickTime (as far as I've noticed); however, Animate now has an option to send the FLA project file to Adobe Media Encoder for export as a QuickTime movie file (or anything supported in AME).  I imagine it won't be long until Photoshop does the same.
