Media Encoder not using GPU

Hey guys,

I've been wondering why my Media Encoder/Premiere Pro is using only my CPU to render. I'm running an i9 9900k and an RTX 2080 Super and as soon as I click on render, I see that GPU stays at it's default percent value and my CPU sky rockets up to 100%.

It's still fast obviously, but I don't get why it's not using my GPU instead. Project settings and everything are set to CUDA, but none of it seems to do anything.

Edit: I'm running CC 2018.
If you have any Idea on why that might be happening, let me know!
