Hi I'm trying to export an Adobe After Effects Project to Video on a Mac with a M1 chip.

When I File -> Export -> Add to Media Encoder queue i get an error 5027 :: 12. After Effects: AEGP Plugin AEDynamicLinkServer: Adobe Media Encoder is not installed. Please download and install it to use this feature. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/apps.

I've downloaded the latest beta, but all seem to be for the Intel Chip.

I'm using:

- MacOs BigSur 11.1

- After Effects 18.1

- Media Encoder 15.1

- Media Encoder 15.2 (beta)

Both Media Encoders are not working. Anyone that has a solution for this?

Ok, seems it's only a problem that Adobe After Effects can't find the Media Encoder. I have opened the Media Encoder through the "Applications" folder and was able to process the AEP file. So no issues using the M1 chip.

That solves my problem. I don't care too much if it doesn't work through After Effects.
