Media Encoder - Quel matériel pour utiliser la fonction Codage Matériel ? MacOS

Je viens de mettre à jour mon système d’exploitation passant de Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 à Mojave 10.14.5.

Je m’attendais à pouvoir utiliser dans Media Encoder la fonction "Codage Matériel" dans l’onglet Performance, lors du paramétrage de l'encodage. Mais un message d’erreur m’affiche que le matériel de mon ordinateur n’est pas pris en charge. Quel type de matériel faut-il pour pouvoir utiliser le Codage Matériel ?

Que désigne le terme matériel exactement ?

Thanks for reaching out. For Hardware Encoding feature to work, an Intel CPU with Intel Quick Sync support is needed.

  • Please check if your Intel CPU meets the requirements for Hardware Encoding (Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements ).
  • It's recommended to have 16GB of RAM or more for better performance.
  • Also, this is not to be confused with the GPU Accelerated renderer, they both work independently and are not the same thing. Hardware Encoding is only used to for Encoding of the H.264/HEV
