We're having an issue where media Encoder is cutting off the end of files and not rendering their full length. Settings have been checked and re-cheked but the problem persists. Has anyone had this trouble? Fixes?

I've seen this issue before when my timeline is somehow referencing old references files from my cache. Manually cleaning out the cache resolved my issue. If you're on a Mac, delete these 2 folders:

/users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Media Cache

/users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Media Cache Files

PC path:

\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache

\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files
