I have HEVC source video at 120FPS (iPhone XS Max). Premiere Pro is unable to render these files natively and requires them to be transcoded to H.264. I'm unable to transcode them to H.264 at 120FPS with Media Encoder - the program is only able to transcode with max FPS of 60.

From searching google, youtube, adobe community forums and playing with Media Encoder's custom settings and other presets, I'm not able to figure this out. Some help would be appreciated.
