No MP4 Render option in Media Encoder?

Hello,

I am trying to render a video in mp4 format from media encoder, but the problem is that I don't see any mp4 format. What I did was exported the vid from After Effects to Media Encoder and simply tried to change the format, but do not see and mp4 option. Am I missing something? I am new to all this and have searched many threads and just don't get it. Please help, thanks!
