Overlay From Sequence Doesn't Scale on Export

I recently upgraded my MacBook Pro to Sierra and Media Encoder to the latest version CC 2017. I'm using a 4x3 "film burn" overlay in a Premiere Pro CC 2017 sequence that I've scaled up to 16x9 to fill the screen. When I export the sequence in Media encoder it doesn't maintain the scale and I can see the border of the layer.

Anyone run into this issue?

Thanks!

Hi Williamp100,

Save the Premiere Pro project file with a different name & Queue the export.

If issue persists,

In Media Encoder,

Preferences > General > Premier Pro > Uncheck "Import sequences natively"

Relaunch Media Encoder, queue the export & test it.

Please let us know the status,

Thanks,

Vidya Sagar.
