Every possibility of hardware acceleration is checked - and the system is a

While rendering the Media Encoder uses 1% CPU and 0% GPU - WHILE rendering.

The rendertime is awfully long, but it is not possible to change settings so it renders faster. We checked all possibilitys with support.

Last Words: "Actually it is this way the application is designed it will use the resources automatically when and where it is required for the application the steps which we have shared were the steps which we could have checked the last thing we can check is using the effects in the Premiere pro application which are GPU effects and that can show that the application is using the GPU quite well."

Hmm, doesnt help if Premiere is faster when I need to export in After Effects / Media Encoder

So I have to sit and wait and wait and wait and wait, for a FHD 24s Clip with nearly no big effects in it vor about 13-15 Minutes. That is a shame.

"I understand that there will be no solution for some days.

but yes we will make sure and share the same issue with the community help article with the team and once they have checked on there end they will share the same over the community forums and on the same page."

Yeah, sounds like I can hope for a solution in about 2025 maybe.

Time is Money - but not for adobe. Here Time is Patience

A realy hard frustrated customer.
