Windows, PP21, AME 21, AE21
during a lengthy rendering process into a H.264 format, I had AME freeze about 90%. I'm used to this happening so let us not go there.
More importantly, I am wondering how I can recover the intermediate (or interim) file, which is there during the encoding process, but gets deleted as rendering process is finalised.
These typically come in format of [OUTPUT_NAME].12345.12345.
Before I stopped the render process I tried coping the interim file, but system woudln't let me (obviously) so I tried to 'retry' upon stopping but the file was no longer there. I must have done something out of order as I have resorted to this at least once to speed up rendering process.
Any idea where these files are kept?
