When i make my video in AE and send it off to AME for rendering I get a video with no images at all. The image below shows what I see in a "supposed" fully rendered video... This image is .mov format

windows media player AE problem.png

This is all that I see for the entire video. Again, AME shows a fully rendered video. And it works fine in AE. What am I doing wrong?

Hi skinneyfat,

Sorry for the issue. I understand that you are not getting any video preview in the exported file from AME.

  • Do you get the same issue with any other format like .mp4?
  • Please share the screenshot of the export settings you have selected. FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?
  • Quicktime is an Apple native codec, have you tried to playback the file in some other media player like QT player or VLC media player?
  • Do you have Premiere Pro installed to check the preview once?

Please answer these questions so that we can troubleshoot the issue better.

Thanks,

Shivangi
