Since updating to 2017 media encoder I cannot seem to export a h.264 YouTube video. I have to export the video inside premiere pro which is fine but its so much quicker exporting with encoder. the video will get maybe 3/4 through and just pop up saying cannot continur and must close the program. So annoying! Does anybody have this problem Or a fix?

Hi SURFNINJA,

I am sorry that you are not able to export h.264 YouTube videos from Premiere Pro.

Did you try exporting other formats from Media encoder?

Please attach a screenshot of that error window.

Try these steps:

  • In the preferences of AME, keep this option disabled and check if that makes any difference.

  • You can also try switching the video renderer. (In AME)
