video tracks jerk

Hi there ,videos I converted with AE are extremely jerky and far from being smooth - and unfortunately I have no idea what else to do. No matter which player (even the VLC) - have tried several settings in AE and several players. Also the frame rates are identical. Haven't really worked much with the AE yet. Would be great if you had an idea what I possibly do wrong here. I don't know what the problem could be.

We appreciate you writing in. I understand you have exported a project from AE, however, the playback is not smooth.

• Could you share a screenshot of the export settings that you have chosen?
• What effects have you applied to the composition?

thanks for your reply. Yes thats right, the exported file not anywhere near being smooth.  Enclosed you find a screeshot of the settings.
