Video will not export - adobe media encoder - render

Hi everyone, I am unable to export my video on Adobe Premiere Rush (not Adobe Premiere Pro) when I try to an error message comes up, please see the image below. 

I was using version 1.5.20 and it should be up to date. I have had to install an older version to export.
