When exporting with H265, CBR10 or higher cannot be specified.

If you bring it from AE or PR to ME, 10 will be the highest value no matter how high the CBR of H265 is entered.

10 or less can be set freely.

If you try setting a still image in ME, you can specify CBR10 or higher.

I tried various things, but it didn't work ... What could be the cause?

Also, when I bring it from AE to ME, I often cannot see the export setting screen saying "The source could not be read". Is this also involved?
