MP4 no longer an option?

A few weeks ago, I uploaded mp4s to enhance the audio (for free). Worked amazing! Now, V2 says only mp3s and I have to upgrade to enhance mp4s. However, the website redirects me to Adobe Express (that doesn't use AI to enhance audio).

Can I enhance mp4s or not in Adobe Podcast?

ALSO - It says I own the enhanced version of Podcast (but redirects me to Adobe express when I click the link that Adobe gives me.)
