Please log in to: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and check if the files are available there.

If not, I am afraid you will need to create the files again as they are deleted from the databse.

The feature to add a recycle bin is already in the pipeline, but due to platform constraints, it was delayed. 

Now that we are moving to a more unified portal for the files, you may soon see the recycle bin feature available for your files.
