@hashimoto_4674 While it would be ideal to understand why Adobe Scan is malfunctioning in your specific environment, prioritizing the timely submission of your work is key. Personally, I would uninstall Adobe Scan from Pixel 7a and go back to Google Play Store and download Adobe Scan. They key thing is that you are indeed downloading the 'Adobe' Scan because your scan looks quite different from my 'Adobe Scan' — https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.scan.android&pcampaignid=web_share

@hashimoto_4674 It's likely something with your permissions on your Pixel 7a. I have an Pixel 8, and I have use the Google Play Store, and looked for Adobe Scan. It needs to look like this logo and say Adobe and say Adobe.

Also, maybe your Google Play Stor version is out of date? Outdated versions can sometimes cause compatibility issues with newer apps. To do this, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to "Settings," then "About," and tap "Update Play Store." After updating, restart your phone and try downloading Adobe Scan again. If this doesn't work, try clearing the cache and data of the Play Store app in your phone's settings under "Apps" or "App Management," then restart and try the download. Always restart
