大量スキャンができない

課金をしてプレミアム版を使用しています。100枚以下までOCR処理ができるはずなのですが、一度にOCR処理できる枚数は50枚以下です。50枚以上を一度にスキャンするとOCR処理待ち...と表示され、OCR処理されなくなります。プレミアム版なら100枚以下を一度にスキャンできるように改善して欲しいです。

@Kindhearted_Flair0875 it's likely this can't be done because the app likely handles the OCR in stages because of mobile-specific constraints.

I hope you are doing well, and I'm sorry to keep you waiting.

 

By default, the app automatically converts image text in scans to actual text using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) feature. The default text recognition language is set to the language of your device. With a paid subscription, you can run OCR for scans up to 100 pages. https://adobe.ly/3ZcRDWe 

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Scan app and the OS you are using? To check the app's version, tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan. Also, try updating the app from the App Store, rebooting the device once, and checking.

 

Also, see if this is a file-specific issue or occurs with all the PDFs. Please share a sample PDF file and a small video recording so we can check it.
