Accessing Metadata from Adobe Scan

I used Adobe Scan to scan a document. I emailed it to myself and downloaded it on my computer. I noticed the "created on" field in the properties of the file on my desktop is blank. Is there any way to show the time a file was scanned using the Adobe Scan free version?

Thank you.

Hi @Alexander27427371gmn8,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Adobe Scan, by default, puts in the metadata for the date created as the date when the file was created. If you are downloading the file from Cloud Storage, the default date of creation becomes when the file is downloaded to your system.

If this is not the scenario for you, would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow you are following so we can understand the situation better and assist you accordingly?

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik.
